Sounds like you need to have a conversation with a Total Scoop Advisor! Simply send us an email detailing who you are and what you do know. We will get back to you offering you a free one-to-one support session.
 
This can happen at a time that suits you, either via email, skype, over-the-phone or in person. Then we will be able to speak to you, asking you the questions that will help us find out what you really need and how we can provide that for you!

Not everyone knows exactly what they need straight away, but we will take the time to find out, and make sure it's worth your while!

I have seen a Total Scoop Freelancer I want to work with, how can I make it happen?"

If you are a client or a fellow freelancer, contact us through our contact page, detailing the name of the freelancer(s) in the subject. Let us know who you are and what project you would like to start. We will then get back to you with all the information you need to get the ball rolling! 
 
Please keep in mind that our freelancers have busy schedules, come to us with your time-frame and we will try our best to make sure you get who you want.
 
It is always wise to contact us at least 2 months prior to when you want large projects to begin so we have the time to plan everything in advance for you!

I'm not from Southampon, UK, can I still get involved with Total Scoop?"

Yes! As we live in an advanced digital age, we can use the world wide web to our advantage - as our primary mode of contact. We will set us a online conversation with you and our Total Scoop Advisors.
 
There is also means of setting up Skype and telephone conversations on a weekly basis for those who want a more hands-on experience. Digitally we can transfer files and plans via online drives. Sending invoices and any forms of money via secure online bank transfers. 
 
As language barriers go, as we expand out team, we aim to build a community of international creatives. We will strive to match you with a team that will be able to communicate efficiantly.

I have a problem, how can I get it sorted asap?"

If you are a client of a freelancer Total Scoop are here to help during our buisness hours:
Monday - Friday, 10am - 8pm 
 
If you have a more pressing matter that needs seeing to, you can also send us a message via our 'Chat With Us' box in the right corner of our website.
 
This will send a direct message to HQ. We will then be able to send further contact details to have a conversation with a Total Scoop Advisor outside of buisness hours.

That's something we are able to do too! If you would like full discresion as a client or as a freelancer, let us know on first contact. 
 
For clients, we are also able to sign documents so you feel secure. In fact, you'd be surprised how many clients we have worked with that have preferred this method. Also, as we aren't advertising on our site, it's no pressure.
 
For our freelancers, we have several different options. We are able to set up aliases for those who want to share but don't want to be linked to the work.
 
We can also match you with likeminded clients that prefer the work stayed out of the public eye - we call them private projects, simply let us know via email that this is the style in which you want to complete your projects.

Do you do anything for free?

Yes! Pro-bono projects are a vital part of Total Scoop. It's how we got started, it's a way of making stronger connections between client and creative. 
 
We take stock of how many of our freelancers are prepared to undertake these projects. Freelancers are assigned three coupons a year to give to clients of their choosing. This will allow them to work together pro-bono.
 
Assigning them to an equal number of new clients and repeat clients. We only give a limited of number of these projects out a year as we still believe that all creatives deserve to be paid for their time and effort. 
 
However, magic has been made from the most low-budget of ventures, so if you are interested, just get in contact.
